We've created a FREE special activity for 33 days of play, for anyone who wants some guidance as they begin using Zenpal Cards. You can click the first link below to start the activity whenever you are ready. Bookmark this page and/or copy the links so you can follow the activity throughout the 33 days.

Ways to Enjoy Zenpal Cards

Games | Play card games you already know and love. The messages fade into the background when you play games and it's like any other deck of cards! It's pretty wild how the messages seem to disappear when you aren't focused on them. 

Meditation | For people who already meditate, they can add messages from Zenpal Cards into their daily practice. For anyone else who wants to try meditating, this is the best way to start. Shuffle the deck, pull 1 card or a few and focus on the messages if they resonate with you at the time. Meditating doesn't have to be difficult. It can be as easy as softly choosing to focus on something intentional and positive for a moment and taking a breath. 

Stress Relief | You can practice using Zenpal Cards for stress relief by catching yourself when you are feeling like you need a little reminder, finding a card that helps you shift your focus and use it to lift your day. 

Inspiration | This is one of the most popular ways to use Zenpal Cards. By adding the words "I am" to any of the messages, you can create your own affirmation or intention for your day. Each of the cards has a stem sentence on it. That means you can use the message as is and you can also play with the messages in different ways! For example, one of the cards says "speak kind words" so if you like it as is, use it. You can also add "I am" so it becomes "I am speaking kind words." Now it's an empowering affirmation and/or intention and may provide even more value for you. 

Philosophy | Once you learn how to play with the messages, you can go even deeper. By adding the words "What if" to a message, you can create some space to play with different ideas and concepts without committing to anything. Using the same example from above, "speak kind words" now becomes "What if I speak kind words?" Now you are an instant philosophy student, asking a higher question of yourself and giving your heart and mind some room to play and explore! 

Story Prompts, Journal Prompts, Discussion Prompts | Using Zenpal Cards for prompting is an incredible way of discovering endless value from the system. With 52 messages, plus 2 wild cards, and a bonus card, you actually get 55 prompts to change, refine, enhance, or supercharge the story you are telling yourself and/or the scripts/patterns running on repeat. If you like to journal, this is a great way to work with your inner guidance for self-exploration. As discussion prompts, they become great ice breakers or a unique way to shift focus between people, potentially toward something more positive and empowering.
